1. ITEM INFORMATION
- All items are onhand and official unless stated otherwise.
- All items are in mint condition unless stated otherwise.2. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- NO CANCELLATIONS once order confirmation (OC) is sent.
- If you wish to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee of the item price must be paid.3. DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP)
Payment options:
- PAYO (Pay As You Order)
- 3-day reservation
- 1-week reservation with 50% down payment
Failure to pay within the given DOP will result in a ₱50 late fee per day.4. PACKAGING
- Item prices do not include packaging fee (PF) or shipping fee (SF) unless stated.
- Packaging fee ranges from ₱20–₱50.5. SHIPPING
- Shipment will be processed within 1 week after full payment.
- If the item is not shipped within 1 week after payment, the buyer may request a refund.
- Delays may still occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., STBO or personal/school-related matters), but buyers will be informed in advance.6. STORAGE POLICY
- Items will only be stored for a maximum of 31 days after full payment.
- Buyers must request shipment within this period.
- Failure to do so will result in the item being forfeited/discarded with no refund.7. LIABILITY
- The shop is not liable for any damage or loss once the parcel has been shipped.
- Any courier-related issues are beyond the shop’s responsibility.8. UNBOXING VIDEO (REQUIRED)
- NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN / REFUND.
- Video must show the unopened parcel with waybill clearly visible.
- Edited videos will not be accepted.9. ITEM CONDITION
- Buyers must check video condition before claiming.
- Video condition will be sent via DMs.
- Do not claim if sensitive to flaws.10. BLACKLIST POLICY
- Bogus buyers, joy reservers, and joy miners will be blacklisted and blocked.
- Rude or impatient buyers, and those providing fake receipts, will not be entertained.
- Any buyer who threatens, defames, or harms the shop, admin, or owner will be subject to legal action.
